General Terms and Conditions of RARE WARE Media Verlag (Publishers)

RARE WARE® and Life Management® are trademarks of the company RARE WARE Medienverlag (Publishers), Alexander Teetz, Hamburg. We are your partner for all orders from this shop. For a contract only the German language is binding. For orders of goods and services of cooperation with our partner stores, to which we provide links only by means of external access, for a contract, the provider of the partner store is your contractual partner.

The presentation of our goods is a non binding offer. Only by clicking the button "Order ..." ("Click and Buy"), after entering all necessary information, you submit a binding offer, access to which we can reply to, with a confirmation of receipt. This confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but will only inform you that your order has been received. A contract with you is formed when we execute the order of the product/s.

If you use your right of cancellation, you must bear the cost of return if the delivered goods refer to those, ordered and if the price of the commodity does not exceed an amount of € 50.00, or if you have not yet paid the consideration or a contractually agreed part payment. If the reason for return lies in a wrong delivery from us, the return for you is free of charge.

For downloads of digital content the following is valid: the content is copyrighted, you agree to accept and comply with the copyright. You buy a nonexclusive, nontransferable, spatially and temporally unlimited right to use the purchased content to it on a terminal of your choice to download and transfer up to five different devices. You may store the downloaded content in each of the individual terminals and as often make visible on the terminals, as wanted – for non-commercial, private reasons. Any other use, except in accordance and in compliance with the provisions of the copyright law limits (§§ 44 a ff., German UrhG) are not allowed. You may not remove copyright notices, trademarks, digital watermarks or other legal reservations in the retrieved content.

All prices are in Euro (EUR), US-Dollar (USD) or British Pound (GBP), including German-VAT (plus any individual shipping costs). To hedge our credit risk, we reserve the right in individual cases to exclude certain types of payment and deliveries to be made against advance payment (PayPal), only.

For orders from and / or supplies to the EU-countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Great Britain, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia , Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus and all other, following shipping costs apply:
Austria: EUR 4, -. All other countries referred to above, EUR 7, -.
Please understand that we only execute shipments to the countries listed above only when payed in advance (PayPal). For all orders from outside Europe shipping cost will be calculated at cost (cheapest shipping method, if not agreed

Delivered goods basically remain in our ownership, until full payment is received.

Warranty is based on valid law. The liability of RARE WARE Medienverlag (Publishers) - especially for the contents of the sold media - is excluded, except the liability for damages or for breach of contractual obligations that are indispensable for fulfilling the contractual purpose (cardinal obligations) or damage which is caused by the negligence of a breach of the duty of RARE WARE Medienverlag (Publishers), Hamburg.
